Who we are
The organisers of Miss & Mister Children Albania are the data controller. Albanian Law No. 9887 on personal data protection and the GDPR apply.
Contestants' data
The child's legal name and date of birth, and the parent's contact details, are used only to verify eligibility and never leave the system. Publicly we show only the stage name, age group, region, talent description and approved photos.
Voters' data
Voters do not create accounts. From a payment we keep the amount, pack, contestant and PayPal reference. The buyer's email address is used for the receipt and stored only as a keyed hash. IP addresses are stored only as keyed hashes, to prevent fraud.
Contact form
Messages are kept so the organisers can reply, and deleted once handled, no later than 12 months.
How long we keep data
- Payments and the vote ledger: 10 years, for legal and accounting obligations.
- Parental consents: the edition plus 7 years.
- Public photos: up to 2 years after the edition, or immediately on an erasure request.

You can request access, rectification, erasure or objection at [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
